Variety: Syrah variety mono

Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tank during 27 days at a temperature of between 16-17 ° C

Varieties: Grenache, samsó and carinyena

Winemaking: Fermentation 15 days in stainless steel and aging in French oak for 13 months.

Color: Ruby with violet reflections.

Aroma: In fruity nose and mineral. With notes of spices (pepper) and aroma of undergrowth and shrubs (thyme).

Taste: Good entry, broad and volume. Balanced tannins. Noted for serum and souvenir gifts.
